I have stayed up to five homestay apartments and this is the most I feel very comfortable and satisfied 😁. The location was easy to find and the instructions for check in and parking 🅿️ was cleared and details 👍. Only one request to upgrade is please provide the water filter for drinking water 💦 🚰 Thank you 🙏

The house is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable stay overall. However, we did encounter some cockroaches during our stay, which affected the experience. With a bit of pest control, this place would be a great option.

Apartment is spacious, easy check in/out and value for money and view is good. Area could be improved, water leakage from shower head and pipes, living hall’s fan not working, freezer without ice cube tray, can be cleaner as little croaches lying around.

The location is so good - only 5 mins on foot to hypermarket (Cowboy) and kedai mamak. Cleanliness - little cockroaches crawling in the kitchen and toilet. Stains on bedsheet. But, still okay. Service - Fix amount of RM150 for deposit stated online but I have been asked for RM250 and only get refunded 14 working days after my stay. And, I need to keep reminding for it which was not a good experience but, the host responded to my message everytime made it not so bad. Facilities - Everything is fine. The house is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities except for water filter for drinking :) Overall, my 5 nights stay is good. Thanks
